Electricity from Windows, more solar ventilation
Cool studies showing more and more ways to implement solar to create energy. This would work by applying a thin layer of luminescent material windows. This layer would generate electricity by capture sunlight and guiding it to solar cells at the edges of the window. The film could generate 20 watts per square meter. About 4 square meters could power your computer as studies show from TU Delft: Delft University of Technology. The study shows that a thick foil on the window could lead to even better efficiency.
