When you install a new Solar Royal SR1800 Solar Attic Fan, it’s important to register the warranty within 90 days of the installation. Doing this requires the serial numbers of your unit. Many installers throw away the box, but hopefully, they provided you the included envelope with the essential information inside.
Locations of Serial Numbers
The first sticker is on top of the box above the SKU. The second sticker is on the side of the box, also above the SKU. If you go inside and retrieve the warranty information packet, you will see there’s a sticker on the outside of the envelope. Inside of the packet you will see your warranty certificate, a quick installation guide, and finally you have the warranty registration form itself. If you look right next to the serial number, we put a sticker there for you. The last location is on the unit itself. The serial number sticker is placed above the remote panel port. This can be tricky to see once it’s installed on your roof. But if you take your phone and use the selfie mode, you can slide your camera underneath the hood until you can see the serial number sticker. Then tap on the screen to focus on the sticker and you can take a clear photo for you to use for your warranty registration.
