Costs presented to consumers are all relative to who is presenting them. Some contractors get a better price and install multiple units over higher effective units and some installers sell on the price but forgets to inform the consumer what they are really getting.
Lets review the TRUE COST of the presented low-cost products
over the SR1800 Solar Attic Fan.
It has been reported to us and we have seen it time and time again, installers and consumers purchasing on unit price. We hear it all the time, big box stores offers a product for $X and this is what the consumer is focused on, instead of the ‘true cost‘. If you only look at the cost of the unit and not the performance, then your not seeing the trees in the forest.
For proper ventilation (see below) or our page ‘Ventilation Basics‘ <click-here>, some installers and consumers are purchasing two to three of the lower cost products units when one and sometimes two of the SR1800 would be plenty. Also without stating the obvious, most are not taking into consideration all the feature benefits of the SR1800.
